I have sent Roberto Di Matteo a message congratulating him on Chelsea winning the Champions League final beating Bayern Munich.

The result means that the four English teams in next seasons Champion League are Manchester City, Manchester United, Arsenal and Chelsea.

Oh? Hang on a minute... No Tottenham, despite them finishing in fourth spot in the Premier League. Oh dear, oh dear, how did this happen?

I should send my sympathies to Harry Redknapp. So soon after missing out on the England job. Poor old Harry - always the bridesmaid and never the bride...
