A photo that was taken of Hurricane Andrea just before it hit Florida.

WASHINGTON, D.C. - Well Hurricane season is upon us once again and Andrea is the first big old windbag to make an appearance.

President Obama, still dealing with the damage and destruction that befell the East Coast last year from Hurricane Sandy, has instructed the CIA to launch a full scale investigation into the natural occurring oceanic phenomenas.

The president has named Special CIA Agent Chadwick H. Hazelhouse, 43, to be the executive director of a recently created committee called The Hurricane Info Gathering Agency (HIGA).

The group will be assigned the task of trying to find a way in which a hurricane can be totally destroyed while it is still out in the Atlantic Ocean or the Gulf of Mexico.

Mr. Hazelhouse will have the entire United States Weather Bureau's Library at his disposal. He will also be assigned a team made up of 17 of the nation's top meteorologists, including Louisiana's Bamber "On The Money" Babaganoosh.

In A Weather Related Story. The city of Kenosha, Wisconsin is reporting that last week's super hailstorm in which city residents reported KIA Spectra-sized hail completely destroyed the town's Swiss Cheese Commemorative Mall. Luckily there were no injuries
