The Flea-bay online auction site is currently inviting bids on sperm, apparently donated by the Real Madrid and Portugal foot-balling super-star, Cristiano Ronaldo.
In an interesting move, seen by some as a direct response to a recent report, that many women would consider artificial insemination in order to secure a more fit and beautiful baby, Ronaldo seems set to cash-in from sales of his bodily fluid.
Initial interest has been promising, with vials of sperm currently attracting bids in excess of £1000.
Cynics have questioned the authenticity of the product. Why, they ask, does a person earning almost £200,000 per week, plus lucrative endorsement deals and business interests, need to earn extra money by jerking off into a glass bottle?
Others have defended the Portuguese youngster by insisting 'Why should he not earn a little extra, doing what he does best?'
However, all may not be as it at first appears. We would issue a word of caution to potential users of this product.
