Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, has secretly been undergoing IVF treatment in a Milanese clinic. She is 63.
Her first treatment at the clinic of Dr. Gianni Innamorato was at the beginning of November. She had flown to Milan accompanied only by a female friend.
Buckingham Palace would not however confirm that the Duchess was receiving IVF treatment in order to fall pregnant and bear Prince Charles a child.
Dr. Innamorato has recently helped a 94-year-old Italian woman to fall pregnant. The woman, who has not been named, is expecting octuplets.
The doctor restricts his IVF treatment to four given over a period of four months.
"So far his treatment has not yet failed," our source tells us.
This means that when Prince Charles' eldest son, William, walks down the isle with Kate Middleton at the end of April next year, the Duchess will be two months pregnant.
