A new craze is sweeping Japan. SuBo wrestling is now the number one spectator sport. In SuBo wrestling two thirty-stone giants must attempt to push each other out of the ring, whilst singing classic musical songs in the style of Elaine Paige.
One fan, Mr Chuy, said "I travel thousands of miles to see a good SuBo contest. It's the grunting I like best. That and the almost bare backsides of the two fat wrestlers. If only they were hairy, like SuBo."
SuBo wrestling has thousands of fans worldwide. It is already a huge online hit, clogging up websites with fans desperate to pay homage to SuBo. Why do these fans do it? Mr Chuy had the answer. "We do it because we have nothing else to do. I find it easy to communicate with all the other SuBo fans. It's as easy as talking to myslef".
SuBo wrestling is expected to visit the UK at the end of March. John Prescott has already agreed to take part in a special exhibition bout with the two hairy bikers. Simon Cowell will referee the bout and it is expected to be screened live on ITV.
