In order to raise funding to supply body armor to US troops in Iraq, the Special Operations Force now offer specialized guided tours in the Iraqi Desert. For $300 US dollars, adventurers can mount the Demolition Unit Night Evaders (DUNE) buggies and race along the Iraqi desert.
This 3 day trip includes visiting famous battle sites such as the Karbala Gap, camping out at night, feasting on roasted camels. For an additional $200, tourist can get equipped with 50 caliber sniper rifles and go hunting for Fedayeen.
Rear Admiral Ben Dover, commander of the SOF Desert forces said that to date, this operation managed to secure enough funding to equip 100 GI's with body armor.
