Vlad Putin, the Russian Premier, declared today that cutting off gas supplies to the Ukraine and Europe was his solution to Global Warming. In a statement from his hunting trip in Ukraine with Sarah Palin, Vlad said,
"We freeze our bollocks off every year in Russia, it will do the Namby-Pamby westerners good to experience what our people have to put up with."
Increased exports of Russian potato Vodka have been seen in European cities as the market is flooded. Long lines for bread and Marlboro cigarettes have also been reported.
Vlad added, "There was no talk of Global Warming 50 years ago, in the days of Khrushchev." He is finalizing his plans to send tankers of ice and snow to Cuba.
