Following attempts from Israel to garner US support in helping them attack Iran, president Bush has stepped in and put his foot down in the matter.
A statement from the State Department, ordered by the president, read:
"The green light is totally out of the question! A different color must be used because everyone knows that green is offensive to Iran's religious fundamentalists.
"As a matter of fact, we just checked this out this week over tea with Der Führer Ahmadinnerjacket of Iran."
A follow-up statement the next day was quick to apologise for the President's latest mispronunciation gaf.
The Presdident personally appeared on television to say: "Yep -- Ah mispoke again. Ah'm sorry. Ah meant: Der Führer Afterdinnerjog. Uh... Armadillojab? Dagnabit! ... Laurra! Get in here and help me out, woman!"
