Serbian Radovan Karadzic has spoken publicly of his shame about some aspects of his previous life.
'It is true that I prescribed homeopathy for some patients. I thought it might help'. The white haired, former madman, was speaking about his cover as an alternative medicine practitioner during his years on the run.
'I gave people vials of tap water and told them it would help. I lost ten Aids patients that way. Alternative medicine is by far the worst thing I have done.'
Other services offered by Karadzic's practice included Beef Reflexology, Electro-head massage and ethnic cleansing.
A proper doctor said today ' I don't know why he went to all that effort. He could have told them it was just a virus and given them some aspirin instead of all that quackery.'
