Recantations, rewrites, misspokes and retractions arose from Iraq with the frequency of the murdered souls of its citizens and US soldiers. The spoof managed to get hold of the recorded interview and the original Arabic transcripts.
It appears as if the Iraqi leader in fact did somewhat side with Obama. One difficult to hear passage seems to have Al Maliki saying something about what a relief it will be to be rid of that asshole from Texas. In another somewhat difficut part of the tape Al Maliki saus something about shoving a horizon up somewhere up to my elbow and a distinct terrorist fist bump between the Iraqi leader and Obama can be heard.
