Convicted terrorist Nelson Mandela celebrates his 90th birthday this week and puts his good health down to spending 27 years in a state prison.
"I think its underrated" said Mr Mandela at his birthday bash. "I mean if I had spent those 27 years eating burgers and smoking fags I would be dead by now and Bono would have to find some other way to spend today. Prison has been really good for me. I never had to bother with the press and meeting c-List celebrities and could be alone with my thoughts and my adult magazines.And at least I got a trial which is more than those guys in Guantanamo."
