There are so many Russian and China lovers in American politics, it’s tough to find any Republican who also hasn’t taken some kind of kick-back from Putin or Xi.
These politicians love foreigners who have money and hate foreigners who do not. Thus, Russian and Chinese people with tons of money can walk right into Wash DC and start telling the resident Americans what to do, how much to do it, when and where to do it, and how much it’ll all cost.
But Mexicans … they’re the ones who will apparently destroy the entire fabric of American decent society. Really? In the 1960s, it was the Vietnamese. In the 1950s, it was the Cubans. In the 1980s, it was drugs and Soviet Russians and maybe Iran, (when Ollie North wasn’t travelling with a briefcase full of money and/or guns). At the beginning of this century, it was Afghanistan, Iraq, and lots of types of terrorists.
Bullshit arrives in every decade, with a different name but the same smell.
Would you believe anything any American president (and by this extension, any Prime Minister or Czar or VIP or Queen in any country anywhere) ever says about where “THE THREAT” is now?
