Monkey with a razor?

Caracas - (Rioters): Venezuela's President Hugo Chavez is to write a weekly column for a top satirical internet site after soaring approval ratings of his considered political assessment that George W Bush is "more dangerous than a monkey with a razor blade".

His previous stinging taunts of the US President have
seen his point-scoring rocket as comedy writers around the world have marvelled at the war of defamation being waged across the political divide.

Some satire sources allege that Chavez has actually been a Spoofwriter for a number of years now but has chosen not to reveal his true identity.

"We think we know his sig name on the website", said Mr E.Ditor of an unnamed but extremely famous, successful and much-copied site. "We're just glad he's now reverted to political lampoonery after a worrying three month stint blogging about starlets' reproductive organs."

But Chavez, 53, faces some stiff competition in the political masterclass stakes as cold-war era wits start to bring out their best gags out of mothballs to revive the Global Piss Process.

Notable among these is a former UK Law Lord who once told Bush Junior that she refused to have dinner with him on the grounds that she 'didn't date outside her species' and sent plate of road gravel to his hotel suite after being told he likes grits for breakfast.

But maybe the least said about that the better.

The story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
