MOSCOW - Russia's national news agency, Vodkavich is reporting that President Putin was highly offended at the government of Vietnam for sending their warship the VS Mekong Mongoose up to the East Siberian Sea.
Vodkavich wrote that Putin came very close to blowing the Mekong Mongoose out of the water but he was convinced by his Director of Computers Edward Snowden to issue a severe warning instead.
The Vietnamese government responded to Putin's warning and immediately instructed the commander of the Mekong Mongoose Captain Phong Quang Long to leave the area post haste.
President Putin is still very upset at the audacity of the Vietnamese government and he has put a halt to the exporting of Vodka and Russian Salad Dressing to the Southeast Asian nation.
Meanwhile, North Korea's news agency The Rice Paddy is reporting that the Mekong Mongoose is now sailing just miles off the coast of North Korea.
