MOSCOW - The Russian government has just admitted that it has found itself in a serious financial situation.
The Kremlin blames the financial situation on cost overruns attributed to The 2014 Summer Olympics being held in Sochi.
Russian President Vladimir Putin was advised by his Director of Computers and financial adviser Edward "Eddie" Snowden that his best bet would be to borrow the money from the United States.
President Putin asked Snowden how much money he was talking about. Snowden responded by saying that to get back on track it would probably take about $575.5 billion [U.S.]
The Russian president texted President Obama and asked if the United States could lend him the money Russia desperately needs.
President Obama responded that he would have to meet with Vice-President Biden and two of his civilian advisers George Clooney and Oprah Winfrey before he can give him a definite yes or no answer.
