Jimmy says he has been followed around by a 'meter maid' carrying a portable parking meter. Wherever he 'parks it', the meter maid puts the meter next to him and asks him to cough up a quarter to feed the meter.
"How did she know I had a sock full of quarters?", Jimmy asked, as the meter was ticking down on his latest contribution, while Tina, the meter maid glared at him.
"Heck, every-time I sit down this dog gonged meter maid follows me. I'm actually looking forward to running out of quarters. I can understand if I had a car or even a bike, but heck, all I got is this t-shirt I'm wearing! And this sock full of quarters. I'd rather spend the money on some underwear!", Jimmy confided.
