NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER, MIAMI - Meteorologists have concluded days of exhaustive post-hurricane analysis
and have unanimously agreed that Katrina was the
product of an enormous blast of hot air produced by
congressional Democrats.
The vast current of super-heated air, produced by
fast-talking, smoke-and-mirrors,
do-nothing-constructive, finger-pointing,
self-absolving legislators, met with a cold front
rolling off the cold shoulders of mainstream America,
producing the storm of mammoth proportions that has
devastated the entire Democratic party, not to mention
a rather large portion of Louisiana, Mississippi and
Alabama, their left-wing lawmakers included.
While the brunt of the storm has passed and
dissipated, the effects of Katrina are being
perpetuated by a steady barrage of accusation gusting
out of the Washington woodwork, blaming the Bush
administration for everything from racial profiling
because of the preponderance of non-soul food in MREs
being distributed to Katrina survivors to excessive
force and civil rights violations for allowing
national guard forces to use deadly force while
attempting to stop looters from seeking the profits of
doom by flooding eBay with the sale of stolen goods.
eBay, however, refused to comment on the influx of
items described as ‘only slightly water damaged.'
Small, annoying Democrat-generated tornadoes have been
seen descending on the greater New Orleans area,
sucking the life out of well-meaning volunteers and
demoralizing an already overwhelmed and destitute
multitude of refugees. The latest ‘tempest' has
Democrats contending that the bodies being recovered
from receding floodwaters represent potential Democrat
voters the Bush administration purposely annihilated,
including those previously entombed in the area's
mausoleums. To the casual observer, Louisiana has
never been a contentious state is national elections,
so, like the levees in the Gulf region, that curious
claim just doesn't hold water.
With rescue efforts being coordinated along local,
state, national and international fronts, Democrats,
like an ill wind that blows no good, continue to roil
the atmosphere, hoping for another environmental coup
to hurl at the Bush administration. Not that the
Democrats have anything the least bit beneficial of
their own to promote, but as long as they can hide
that fact in clouds of abject hate they create toward
anything conservative, Republican or right, that's
fair weather for them. The forecast doesn't look
favorable for the foreseeable future either. Expect
more than the usual Democrat ‘cold fronts' surrounding
congress, dense fog to conceal petty partisan
peevishness, and frigid ice storms of contempt at all
levels denoting their refusal to accept their
imploding infrastructure.
It started with Katrina. Today it's Ophelia. Tomorrow.....who knows?!
