(San Diego, CA) - An angry mob of protestors set fire to the stricken cruise ship, Carnal Splendor, after it docked here on Thursday. Hundreds of thousands of agitated Cruise Passengers' Rights activists stormed the pier, overpowering security guards and set flame to the vessel with flare guns.
Chanting "Burn, Baby, Burn!" they then prevented local fire crews from reaching the smoldering ship. (Note: This would be the second time in four days that Carnal Splendor caught fire.)
Vowing not to stop until they reach Washington and someone "takes them seriously", the group is presently marching eastward on Highway 8 in the vicinity of El Cajon.
