A powerful US lobby group is urging President Barack Obama to replace his rapidly shrinking group of aides with members of the popular Jed Bartlett administration.
They say chief of staff Rahm Emanuel should be replaced by press secretary Claudia Jean Cregg who controversially got the job over deputy CoS Josh Lyman when Leo McGarry died.
"Jed Bartlett's was one terrific administration," said Morgan K Concerto, spokesman for Democrat fringe group, Remember The Bartlett Years.
"Sure, they had some problems - but they managed to work through. Look, Bartlett got two terms and then another Democrat, Matthew Santos, was elected to the White House.
"That's some record. It seems obvious that those guys are the guys to bring in during this staffing crisis."
