Following an incredible turn of events, Britain has promised to become a "Space Power" and launch three rockets before 2013. From Surrey. However, as Doctor Who wasn't on hand to provide any handy hints (and considering that parts would be assembled using the debris of Old Wembley), only one man volunteered for the job.
Justin Beiber was snapped examining the plans for the rocket ship, and was quoted as saying "Ohh man, this will be just like Halo 3 maan!"
