In a landmark ruling, the high court overturned the popular Whoever Smelt It Dealt It and has ruled in favor of the lesser popular Whoever Denied It Supplied It.
Such a controversial ruling in an election year is almost unheard of and very unusual considering the state of the economy.
Republican Majority Leader, Ivan Tinkle, said this ruling is nothing more than a head fake from the administration to distract Americans from runaway spending and high unemployment.
The infamous ruling had been in place since 1982 when Rosco Smith was falsely accused of farting in church by a few member. The fart was so toxic that it made an elderly woman go into cardiac arrest and landed Smith in jail. As it turned out, the true farter was T-Bone Phillips who initially blamed Smith for the blast. Soon after the courts decided to implement the smelt it dealt ruling.
Supreme Court Justices warn the public, if you are going to deny it, you're in big trouble.
