Kasim Reed is finalising plans to release specially bred siberian Tigers onto city streets in an effort to find a solution to the Atlanta's burgeoning homelessness problem.
"Life is too easy for 'bums' in this town. The weather is mostly warm and there's an insane number of 'do-gooders' offering everything from clothes to food to these misfits. It stops right here!"
The 500lb beasts will be flown in from Kamchatka province in Russia where they have been trained only to attack in the presence of 'hobo' scent which Reed described as "A mixture of alcohol and stale urine."
"With these animals roaming the streets, the homeless will have a lot more to worry about than money or drugs" he chuckled.
