In return for all the United States has done for their country over the years, especially after the recent earthquake, Haiti has given secret American armed forces there the right to raise a huge zombie army in case we suffer another attack like that on 911.
"The United States has helped us after many hurricanes and disasters and we will help them", stated a voodoo chief.
In return, it is being rumored that Haiti will attain the status of a semi-state, similar to that of Peurto Rico.
"This zombie army will terrify our enemies wherever we let them loose", stated one General in charge. "They can't really kill these troops because they are already dead."
"I agree", stated his second in command. "Whenever a group of terrorists are training, we will let these guys go after them. We think they will simply give it up and agree to some kind of peaceful settlement."
