CHICAGO - The queen of American talk shows and one of the richest women in the United States Oprah Winfrey has agreed to lend the financially strapped state of California $1 billion at an amazingly low 1.3 percent interest rate.
Ms. Winfrey said that she received a call from her good friend Queen Latifah asking her if she could help out the Left Coast state before it crumbles financially into the Pacific Ocean.
Queen Oprah told Queen Latifah that she would be more than glad to lend California the money under the condition that Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger denounce his Republicanism and become a card-carrying Democrat like his Kennedy family wife, the semi-good looking Maria Shriver-Schwarzenegger.
Latifah emailed Oprah back after she spoke to the governor and she told Winfrey that Arnold had told her, "I vill become a Democrat as soon as humanly possible and my wife and I vill work together to get President Obama re-elected in 2012."
Governor Arnie then said that he will work vigorously to campaign against the 2012 Republican presidential candidate. He then noted especially if its that male-hormone saturated Alaskan wilderness woman, Sarah "Snow Plow" Palin.
