Famous Chocolate Factory - In the news again, but not for anything they are happy about. The company was recently served with a law suit demanding an undisclosed amount of money from a woman who purchased a "Warren Beatty Creme Filled Penis" and now has it lodged in her throat and is having trouble breathing.
The attorney for the unnamed woman says "she has a good case, since the instructions with the product did not specify any warnings of such an incident happening".
Spokesperson for The Famous Chocolate Company when contacted for comment said, "We are sorry for the situation your client finds herself in, however, common sense would be for a person to first take a bite out of the chocolate penis to let the creme filling flow into the mouth to savor it's flavor".
Further comment by the company said, "We cannot be responsible for someone who swallows the product whole without chewing".
Court records have provided no further information regarding the matter.
