White House Party Crashers to Adopt "Balloon Boy"

Funny story written by Don Fulsom

The fake DC socialites who penetrated security to crash a White House state dinner may be headed for a penitentiary.

Michaele and Tareq Salahi-who somehow tricked their way into President Obama's black-tie gala for the prime minister of India-"will be charged with 'breaking and entering' at the least and 'impersonating a VIP' at the least," said a secret Secret Service source.

The source added, however, the Salahis could be indicted on terrorism charges because of their Radical Islamist-sounding last name.

Meantime, the couple announced that it will make an effort to adopt "Balloon Boy" in a further effort to capture headlines and win a spot on another reality TV show.

Six-year-old Falcon Heene pretended to have floated away in a homemade balloon so his parents could be on reality TV.

"By adopting little Falcon," the Salahis said, "we will improve our chances for fame, and also get a chance to raise a promising young hoaxer into following in our footsteps. Unless, of course, we wind up making license plates at the Hotel Graybar."

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
