(Washington, D.C.) Addressing a conservative gathering, former Vice President Dick Cheney targeted the Obama administration's handling of Iraq and Afghanistan from the 'dithering' to send more troops to halting the Bush administration's use of "enhanced interrogation techniques".
No middle ground
In his address, Cheney said, "to completely rule out enhanced interrogation in the future, in favor of half-measures, is unwise in the extreme. In the fight against terrorism, there is no middle ground."
In his speech, former Vice President Cheney neglected to mention that in the Iraq fight against terrorism there were no WMD, no Al Qaeda and no Taliban.
