Kelly Osbourne has been rushed to hospital after a buckle fell off her shoe.
The Ozzy MkII danced herself right into the emergency room after Monday night's Dancing With the Stars.
But her wardrobe malfunction left her so distraught she was sent straight to an intensive care ward.
Several cobblers were waiting to attend to their celebrity patient at the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center E.R. immediately after the show's taping because of an injury she sustained from her shoe buckle at the end of her paso doble routine with partner Louis Van Amstel.
"At the end of our paso doble, Kelly banged her foot on the floor which may have caused a buckle to come off," Amstel admitted, while dabbing away the tears.
"She is at the hospital right now to take an X-ray and an MRI to make sure she will be OK to dance. Kelly will keep me updated on her prognosis. But it looks like a new pair of shoes is on the menu."
Osbourne's injury was acknowledged on-air when host Tom Bergeron announced Osbourne would be dancing the final number of the night - a group hustle - barefoot.
Osbourne's father, a former singer who is married to famous bitch Sharon Osbourne, was in the audience and later accompanied his daughter to the hospital, wearing a pair of Jimmy Choos.
"It's a real Cinderella story," he said. "We plan to sue the shoe firm."
