WASHINGTON, D.C. - Kanye West took the microphone from President Obama during a Monday press conference just as the President was being mercilessly grilled about health care.
Both the press and the President voiced strong disapproval of West interrupting Obama's response to a particularly tough question about healthy illegal immigrants versus unhealthy ones to express his appreciation for the President's efforts.
"Mr. President, I got this one," said West as he grabbed the microphone from a clearly stunned Obama. "We gonna touch the sky, baby."
"This is the best President of all time!" said West, turning to face the crowd. "The best President of all time! Y'all just don't care about black people. This dark diction has become America's addiction, but this man is crazy fresh to death! Y'all just don't know what time it is!"
Secret service agents weren't sure at first if it was a gag when West appeared from nowhere, shoving President Obama aside and grabbing the microphone.
The President waved them off momentarily, standing to one side as he stared at the demented rapper, shaking his head in disapproval as the room began booing and hissing.
"Got a light skinned friend, look like Barack Obama. Got a dark skinned friend, look like Barack Obama," continued West, putting his hands in the air and waving them like he just didn't care, according to witnesses.
At that point, the booing turned to shouting as several onlookers began to pelt the deranged lunatic with their pocket change.
When West responded by giving everyone the finger, President Obama gave a signal with his own finger; several secret service agents bum-rushed the podium, quickly wrestled West into submission, and removed the struggling artist to an undisclosed location.
