In an 8 to 1 decision the US Supreme Court declared the strip searching of a 13 year old girl for Advil was illegal. The Only dissenter was Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas who wants to see naked teenagers.
"I love looking at naked teens", Thomas stated in his dissent. "I want to see more naked teens strip searched and I'd like to do it myself".
The shocking revelation from Thomas came about as the Supreme Court ruled that then 13-year-old Savana Redding's Constitutional rights were violated when school officials in Safford, AZ strip searched her in an effort to find a couple of tablets of Advil, a common over-the-counter pain reliever.
"I see nothing wrong with making a girl take her clothes off in front of everybody", Tomas boldly told the court. "I just love watching their faces turn red".
Unfortunately, Thomas cannot be banned or disbarred from the court for voicing his opinion.
After the court issued its ruling Thomas excused himself to his private chambers to mastur..I mean...examine further evidence.
