Washington, DC. -- A defiant President Obama took an "I told you so" proud stance in claiming US military victory in the Indian Ocean.
It took only 5 days for multiple large US Naval ships to overtake a tiny boat with 4 starving Somali youngsters aboard -- at least one only 16 years old -- in a show of military might.
"To all of you who questioned the strength and resolve of the US military, let this be a sign. We will not be intimidated by even an army of four!" Obama boasted.
Several US warships dwarfed the tiny Somali boat -- perhaps best described as "an encapsulated, impregnated, motorized rowboat" -- nearly tipping it repeatedly in their wake.
"We knew they had a gun, maybe two, but that didn't scare the US Navy. We are mighty" added Obama.
The sharp contrast of Obama's "shoot to kill" orders as President verse his campaign promises to "achieve peace through negotiation" did not go unnoticed.
Iran's President Ahmadinejad stated "If these murders at sea are the actions of 'change' and 'negotation', then we Iranians are eager to 'negotiate'."
Vice President Biden was quick to remind Americans of his own ominous, pre-election prescience. "I told you Obama would face an international crisis. And here it was."
When questioned why he ignored other international crises --Obama's inability to impose simple sanctions on N. Korea, the recent total collapse of G-20 support, and the inability to deter Iran's nuclear program -- the Veep gaffed "You need to stop watching Fox News for your mis-information, and come directly to me and President for that."
