Northeastern Utah, today, will participate in a research project to determine whether recent findings regarding moisture in the air are correct. As rain continues to fall on the area, scientists from several well known universities will be collecting accident reports, arrest reports, and injury statistics at local hospitals.
You may recall that a recent discovery links lower IQ to higher humidity. Today's test is thought to be the largest experiment of its type performed on this phenomenon.
If the experiment proves correct, researchers expect more people to get hurt in the rain doing stupid things than would otherwise be injured during a sunny day. This test will include people from both genders, all age groups, and all nationalities.
