AP NEWSLIAR (Wash. DC) -- Ducks nationwide have filed a class-action lawsuit against the People of the United States. The lawsuit charges that use of the phrase "lame duck" in reference to the soon-to-be over Bush administration constitutes slander.
"My clients do not want to be associated with what has arguably been one of the most embarrassing failures of a presidential administration in history," stated Oliver Clozoff, counsel for the plaintiffs and partner at the Dewey Cheatum and Howe law firm in Washington D.C.
On related news, the Bush Baked Bean company, the British post-grunge band Bush, Jeb, and George senior are contemplating their own class action lawsuit against the failed presidency.
