A southern US City has accepted to host a 10,000-watt light to be directed to the sky 365 days a year. The city council agreed to this project only after NASA agreed to create artwork around the light so the sculpture will be more acceptable to the citizens.
This is the first time that NASA has showed any interest in attracting aliens to the Earth. The light was changed from White to Blue only when the FAA objected saying the Aliens could be confused and fly to nearby airport. A new airport terminal was recently built for this city in hopes to further encourage acceptance of this unusual light.
The city had to agree to this project so that it could be built by the first of the year. The light will be visible to the aliens from space. This blue light will be quite distinctive from space.
This city is being kept secret until the light is complete.
