The Bowery, Manhattan - (ReUterus & Ass Mess): A former cattery-cum-pet grooming store is hosting the Manhattan exhibition debut of UK artist Jonathan Yeo's George W Bush and Paris Hilton collages made entirely from porno magazine cuttings.
The pictures caused outrage when exhibited in London last year and a protest march by thousands of city hookers claimed the profession had been defiled by dint of association with the collage subject matter.
An editorial in the week's LA FagHagSlagMag says the artwork merely lays bare the sordid secrets behind the father/daughter pair:
"Hilton is the lovechild of Bush and the UK's Sarah, Duchess of York," Dave Skank, the magazine's art editor said today.
"The real Paris Hilton was accidentally killed and eaten by the Hilton family's rottweiler guard dogs while her inebriated Mom slept by the pool.
"This doppelganger was inserted into the Hilton cuckoo nest as a knee-jerk reaction.
"Dick Cheney's been in charge of 'grooming' her and the subsequent cover-up ever since."
