Bogota,Columbia/ Rolling Stone - A pair of Former CIA operatives have proposed startling new programs to destabilize the Narco Dictatorship of Venezuelan's President Hugo Chavez. But Chavez, the UN, The Teamsters Union, and the Obama Economic Advisor team violently object to any measure to halt the lucrative Cocaine Distribution Connection funding Chavez.
Columbia is producing the majority of the world's cocaine, and Venezuela is distributing over 80% of that to Mexico, who then sends it on to the US and Europe.
"We want to give the Columbian Navy some restored WW II diesel powered Subs to replace the home made ones they have been forced to use lately,"the source said. The reference is to two barely floating "subs" captured and sunk recently by the US Coast Guard off Mexico containing over 12 tons of cocaine.
"There is no reason we can't modernize their transport system and streamline their DIRECT shipments to Mexico. By Congress authorizing the proposed "Free Trade Agreement" with Colombia, we can cut out Chavez as the middle man, and his unlimited supply of cash which is supporting his corrupt regime." the source stated.
The Teamsters Union, which controls just about everything that travels on wheels, flies in the air, or travels on the seas immediately objected to what they saw as an encroachment on their exclusive rights earned by extensive lobbying of the Democratic Congress to handle all trade goods and threatened to cause 25% unemployment in the country.
The UN, currently outraged that the US wants an accounting of the $500B it gives every year to the UN Development Program (UNDP) after it was found that Hard Cash was given to North Korea, as well as aid to other less than friendly countries, was concerned that kickbacks from Chavez would be cut off.
The Obama team was also outraged since they have been quite cozy with Chavez along with many of their Hollywood Supporters, having received money for film projects,unaccountable political action groups and Pro Obama media endorsements.
Russia's Putin was also incensed seeing the new Narco Trade Agreement with Chavez threatened, and his two Jet Bombers , dubbed the" Cocaine Express", having to fly home empty adding to his economic woes with the recent melt down of the Russian stock market. "We need CASH," he fumed. "Don't make me send those missiles back to Cuba!"
The administration down played the alleged proposals. A spokesman said the CIA operatives that proposed the plan were a discredited malcontent,and his wife who acted as a staff assistant in charge of making coffee and making sure there were plenty of donuts available at staff meetings. The Washington Post had recently outed the pair as being "under-qualified for the positions they held, and legends in their own minds."
A seasoned CIA operative commented off the record,"You know, those two were as crazy as a shit house rat, but we're going to give Charlie Wilson a call and see if he wants to run with it!.Who knows, could be another book and movie in it for him! Crazy Bastard!!"
