Springfield PA--Dianne Giblet burst into tears today after an afternoon filled with drama. She was just reunited with her kidnapped cell phone. The phone was taken earlier in the day. FBI agent Dana Scully-Mulder was credited with solving the crime.
The trouble began for Ms. Giblet when she was shopping at a local Poke N Toke for groceries. Ms. Giblet was yakking with her best friend and sampling gooey caramel apples when someone punched her and grabbed the phone.
"Someone stole my baby!" she screamed. The kidnappers got away because of her stupid outburst. But they left a ransom note:
Leave $100.00 in small bills in the empty grocery cart by Hair For Heirs or you'll never see your little friend again!!
Gomer Pyle is a hairstylist at Hair For Heirs and explained what happened next:
"I looked through the window and saw a Mr. Fish standing by an empty cart with a weird grin. A very frantic lady named Ms. Giblet put money in the cart." lisped the ex-marine. He combed back his dyed henna perm and struck a melodramatic pose: "The FBI agent arrested Mr. Fish and the money and phone were returned".
"Were you expecting 'Silence of the Lambs' or something?" he snickered.
