Waco, TX - Vice-President Dick Cheney invited former White House staffer Scott McClellan to go hunting over the weekend, in an email sent by accident to news outlets.
"Just you and me, Scotty, having a little facetime," wrote Cheney, "Just us two in a field, facing the sunrise, just shooting the breeze or whatever.
"Let's not talk about your new book. I know it's an awkward time for you, and I want to help you save face.
"You don't need to bring any equipment; I've got the only gun we'll need."
Mr. McClellan was in hiding and unavailable for comment.
