Wilmington, DE - Sen. Joseph Biden (D-DEL) announced today he is forming a 'democratic nomination exploratory committee' to see if it would be feasible to possibly get back into the race and become the Democratic nominee.
"I've heard of crazier crap happening!" said Howard Dean, the Democratic National Committee Chair.
"With Hillary Clinton staying in this thing, who knows how it will end." said Sen. Biden.
Sources close to Biden say he is set to announce he is "Back in it to win it!" and will also announce his running mate for the ticket as well as his plans for America. The same sources have stated the Senators 'short list' of Vice-Presidential hopefuls include: Sen. Barack Obama, Sen. Hillary Clinton and Big Bird from Sesame Street.
