(Washington DC) Politics makes strange bedfellows and there may be no one stranger than Bill Clinton. The ex-president turned the tables on his wife and endorsed Obama for the presidency.
"It's a shrewd move." said onetime aide Rick Morris. "Bill Clinton now takes on the role of unifier for the Democratic Party. It gives Bill the opportunity to make millions of dollars in speeches over the next six months. Pure genius."
Mr. Clinton is now also on the short list of Vice President choices for Mr. Obama, now that his own nomination seems assured.
"I kicked that bitch to the curb and threw her under the bus!" chortled a mirthful Bill Clinton. "She wasn't expecting this, now we can finally get divorced! How many times do I have to cheat her before she understands I hate her guts!"
Hillary's response was predictable: "You f*^king sonofabitch!"
