In an obvious reference to Madonna's newest, latest assault on the Pop Charts, Senator Clinton of NY by way of Washington, DC, Arkansas and Illinois has tried to declare herself the IT girl of the 2008 Presidential election.
Madonna, who may have resurrected her career and personal identity more often than most salamander's tails or the multiple personalities of the Mother of Christ, seems to have provided a powerful campaign image for Hillary.
Presidential campaign expert, L. Ecterbust sees the new move by Clinton to be of the caliber of some of the greatest iconic inventions of American Presidential politics: "Forget the cherry tree, the Lincoln logs, Wilson's professorship or Roosevelt's African safaris. Ms Clinton's Hard Candy hard sell may be the most brilliant move in the history of democratic iconography. She's hard while Obama is soft...she's candy while McCain is really sour and smells like old age...Vote for Hillary!
"She's that sweet thing your grandma kept in her pocketbook that she gave you for comfort that seemed to last forever! Whether the Senator's new Hard Candy campaign poster in bustier and thong will go over well in Middle Earth and Middle America, still remains to be seen..."
