Orlando, Florida (IPP) - Voters got a rare view of a presidential candidate's strategy speech before actually hearing it when it was leaked to the public by unknown sources on Wednesday. Here is a complete copy of the speech.

The Bush administration's legal department is looking at the possibility of suing the Giuliani camp for copyright infringement as the speech is an exact copy of the Bush strategy speeches of 2004.
When asked to comment Giuliani said that the speech was obviously leaked by the Democratic party and also accused Bush of being a Democrat and flaming liberal.
One member of the Giuliani team that asked that his name not be used said that its over for Giuliani this time around and that Giuliani would have to wait another four years for his turn to finish turning America into a totally fascist police state. He stated that if the Democrats manage to get past the black box voting system now in place and actually win the election that they would go a long way towards that same goal.
