Murpheesboro, South Carolina (IPP) - Writer Povenmire Finootch was arrested for violation of the Anti-Spoof legislation which swept the south like Sherman making his way through his old stomping grounds.

Mr. Finootch was apprehended after a no-knock warrant was served on his residence without notice. After the warrant was served the writer was dragged behind a pickup truck to the office of the local constabulary. Luckily Finootch was wearing horse riding type spurs which acted like a set of wheels thereby minimizing the damage that may otherwise have been visited upon his body.
