An uknown dreams of getting on the top 20 list

According to Parade Magazine, there are more than 70 dictators in this world and each year they have a top 20 list (similar to's top 15 writer's board) that changes from year to year.

At present there are 194 countries in the world and next year's list is predicted to grow by 27 which will show that 50% of the world will be governed by a dictator.

Like's points system, it is unclear what makes a good or bad dictator and what they can change to redeem themselves, but the competition is set to 'hot' up as the new 27 people join the list.

A reporter for In Seine News was told by a bloke in a pub (who is not a dictator himself):

"For the first time, the 2008 list will feature some western leaders and some speculation was already emerging as to who they could be. Some suggested names were Mushgirrafe (Who is not exactly western, but does have an Aunt in England), Pope Benedict, George Blush, and Gorgon Brown. If Tony Bliar can resume some Presidential role somewhere he may well be added to the list.

If Fidel Castro expires there may be a vacancy in Cuba.

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
