Grand Junction, Colorado -(Disaster Press): One of Hillary Clinton's top financial backers has been busted as a bail-bond fugitive from justice after sickening on an Amtrak trip.
Norman Hsu was due to answer a bond hearing in San Francisco on Wednesday but ended up in a psychiatric ward at St Mary's Hospital in Grand Junction, Colorado.
He is wanted in Calfornia on a 16-year-old grand theft conviction which he has managed to evade with extraordinary applomb.
California's office of the attorney general spokesman Ronald Smetana has said Hsu pleaded no contest in 1991 to a charge of grand theft "before legging it with intent to abscond permanently."
Hsu has been garnering sympathy and support whith a wide-ranging campaign of doshing-up wannabe politicians including presidential candidates Hillary Rodham Clinton and Barack Obama.
"We have no idea why the 1992-2000 Clinton/Gore Administrations and the subsequent Bush/Cheney Administrations failed to ensure Justice Department obligations were fullfilled in capturing Hsu," FBI sources said today.
