Juneau, Alaska - (Ass Mess): US District Court Judge John Sedwick has named Ben Stevens, son of powerful Alaskan Senator Ted Stevens, as intrinsic to the Feds' corruption investigation which has already nailed ex-state Representative Tom Anderson and indicted former Repsresentatives Bruce Weyhrauch, Pete Kott and Vic Kohring as VECO puppets.
"He in it up to his ass," Sedwick said today, referring to a legal filing in the Weyhrauch case.
The Judge also said that Stevens's identification as a major corruption suspect was already in the public domain after disclosure of testimony by VECO Corp ex-CEO Bill Allen about money paid by him in his seminal career of bribing local and national politicians.
The indictments of Weyhrauch and Kott accuse them of conspiracy with VECO's Allen "and an unidentified State Senator A" in VECO scam for an oil tax plan advantageous to hydrocarbons industry sources close to the GOP.
And in other documents a mysterious "Senator B" is also listed.
Speculation has focused heavily on Senator A being Ted Stevens,
And even money is currently betting that Senator B may be Frank Murkowski.
The case continues.
