Reeling in Sen Ted Stevens and the Corrupt Bastards in a $170 million VECO sting

Anchorage, Alaska - (Graft Press): Buoyed by recent successes of plea bargains struck by indicted Corrupt Bastards Club grandee and former VECO CEO Bill Allen and his former deputy Richard L Smith, the FBI has confirmed it is probing $170 million worth of VECO contracts won since 1999 to support foundation polar research programs and bribery allegations against Senator Ted Stevens, who was an influential member of the Senate Commerce Committee overseeing the foundation.

Allen and Smith have admitted bribery allegations involving five state representatives, three of whom have been indicted.

Many others who have been questioned have all admitted to being members of the infamous Alaskan Corrupt Bastards Club which has been endemic to organised crime in the oil-rich state "since Ronnie Raygun and his Veep Bush Senior ordered a heist on Alaskan hydrocarbons assets".

But Federal investigators believe that the corruption may go back even further than the first Reagan Administration, in fact all the way to 1968 when oil was first discovered in Proud Ho Bay.

That year Allen formed the VECO oil graft services company with a partner who later lef.

But it wasn't until the Exxon-Valdez disaster of 1989 that Allen began his courtship of GOP politicians close to George Bush Senior's Presidency.

"When they crack VECO, they'll finally nail Stevens," Anchirage sources said today.

"And once they've got Stevens dangling like a worm on the end of a hook, George Bush Senior will be next. Then reeling in Dick Cheney will be a piece of cake!"

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
