DALLAS (Heewack News Network) -- Investigators at the site of a series of explosions in central Dallas said they believe a "lone building" was responsible for the mayhem.
"At this time, we believe that the building acted on its own and is not part of an organized conspiracy," said Dallas Police spokesman Clayton "Clay" Clayton.
The business, the Leo Harvey Oswaldo Gas Co., is a welding supply company. It went up in flames at about 9:30 a.m. It had no previous criminal record, according to authorities.
An 11-second video tape by Arthur Magruder, who was driving along Interstate 35 near the building, shows a sudden explosion near the back of the business. The Magruder tape, which is fuzzy and jostling, then shows several more explosions.
Police said they are questioning a "building of interest" as part of the investigation.
