(MUSICMAN PRESS) Former Late Show host, David Letterman, made public his plans to run for the Office of President in 2008. Letterman said that he is well suited because he has been making smart-ass jokes about our politicians for the past thirty years.
Close friend and fellow Late Show star Paul Shaffer said, "He's been for a good long time now. Now it be time for Daddy-o groove with some cats with mo' experience, may lead to a big pay-off. Ya dig?"
When we asked Shaffer about Letterman's running mate, he only stated that he had no knowledge on the matter. Paul did say that he would be honored to take the position.
We made three attempts to contact Letterman, but every time we were sent away because he had just made it to a new level on Mario Brothers.
