(An Undisclosed Bunker) -- Vice President and Bush White House adult-supervisor Richard "Dick" Cheney (R-1919) in a stunning declaration admitted yesterday that he, not Larry Birkhead, is the "donor dad" to his daughter Mary's child.

Capital observers said there has not been this much excitement about a political baby-to-be since "The Boys From Brazil." Let's hope the lad favors his mother, said 68% of Americans polled.
